The IP66 MINI Isolator switch undergoes rigorous testing to ensure its performance in high temperatures and flame resistance. In just 5 seconds, it withstands a scorching heat of 96.5°C and extinguishes any potential flames. This is exceptionally faster compared to the standard 10-second requirement. Our switch not only maintains its functionality under extreme conditions but also prioritizes safety by rapidly stopping any potential fire hazards.

Our product has successfully passed the IEC authorized IP66 waterproof testing, proving that it is fully protected against water ingress and dust particles. To ensure that the product fully conforms to this protection grade, we will be conducting simulation tests regularly, mimicking different environments and conditions that our customers may encounter. This ensures that our product is highly durable and reliable, offering customers peace of mind and maximum protection for their valuable equipment.

During the testing of the working DC isolating switch at approximately 2pm, we observed that the maximum contact temperature reached 28.8°C, which is below the standard limit of 35°C.
