Wire Heat And Moisture Proof

Electrical wires are cables that carry electric power. These can be categorized into bare wires, magnet wires, and insulated wires. The bare wires have no protective coating and can be made of copper, aluminum, or other materials. They are commonly used for outdoor use and indoor switch boxes and busbars. Meanwhile, magnet wires, also known as enameled wires, have an insulation layer that allows it to generate magnetic fields or induces a current in the presence of a magnetic field. These magnet wires are mainly used for winding motors and transformers in various electromagnetic equipment. The conductor material is usually copper and must have a thin insulation layer with excellent mechanical and electrical properties, heat resistance, moisture resistance and solvent resistance. Different types of insulation can be used to meet specific requirements.

To begin, use copper slag that contains copper – it need not be pure copper. This is the key ingredient needed to create a particular product.

Factory workers use ultra-high pressure oxygen to pump into the boiler in order to attain the boiling temperature of copper water. This is done because a non-copper component added to the water will fully melt and burn when exposed to the copper water.

The molten copper water (containing some impurities) flows into the mold. The mold is then immersed in water and cooled to a workable temperature.

The copper plates that have been molded need to undergo a process to remove impurities and achieve cleanliness. Thus, the molding die is cooled before being transported to a massive electrolytic bath. Through this procedure, impurities are erased, and the copper plates are left immaculate. The end product is a set of plates that are now free from any unwanted elements.

The new workshop will receive the copper plates and melt them down to create wires. The molten copper will be cooled and transformed into thicker copper bars through a process of drawing. These thicker bars are then stretched to transform them into wires of the desired thickness. This ensures that the wires are of high quality and durable.
